If there is one thing I truly want from Ikea, it is the Raskog cart (or RÅSKOG if we’re being technical). It has to be one of the most versatile items in the Ikea collection, and pretty cheap at $79 (AUD), so I thought I would convince you (and my husband!) of its versatility by showing you 21 awesome uses for the Raskog cart in your home!
In the kitchen
The Raskog cart is billed as a ‘kitchen’ cart so it makes sense to start here.
You can use it to store your pantry vegetables (like onions and potatoes). Awesome if you have a walk-in pantry.

It can also be used to store bulk pantry supplies or just as extra shelf space if you’re a bit short on storage.

Entertaining
Turn the Raskog into a stylish bar cart, filled with all the supplies for a fun night!

Alternatively, turn it into a hot chocolate station in the winter

In the bathroom
Store all your beauty and hair products in one place!

For the kids
Create an ‘art supplies’ trolley to keep all their supplies in one place for easy relocation around the house, and so the pens and paper always have a home

Use the cart to create a mobile ‘homework station’ that can easily be moved from the kitchen to the dining room to wherever else your kids like to do their homework. This way there are no excuses for not doing homework, all the supplies are right there!

Create a ‘lunch packing station’ with all the supplies ready to get the kids to pack their own lunches

Or for little kids, use the Raskog as a portable changing station or supplies centre for your bub

For your hobbies
Corral all your sewing/knitting supplies into one place to make it easier to pick up where you left off anywhere in the house.

Bonus points if you flip the top shelf like this one and use it as a sewing table!

Around the house
Create a ‘cleaning supplies’ trolley so all your cleaning products have a home and are easily transportable as you clean the house

Use it to store tools to make it easy to locate and put away all your tools while working on a project.

Use it as a side table in your lounge room, perfect if you don’t have a coffee table
